We're so happy to have you back in our studio! We don't just have a studio full of clients....We have a studio full of friends. We know your story and why you show up each and every day to be your best! And when we sat down and wrote our plan for reopening, we did that with you in mind: YOUR SAFETY. YOUR HEALTH. YOUR FUTURE. That"s what friends do.
There have been a few changes since you've been in last, all designed to keep you, our team and our greater community safe, sound and healthy.
THE STUDIO PLAN
We'll be saying hello from 6" away with contactless checkin, temperature checks and making sure your space is setup and ready to go before you arrive
Masks are required at ALL times in the studio. No exceptions.
We'll be constantly sanitizing our busiest spots and making sure that your space is disinfected and cleaned before you walk in the door.
We/re limiting the number of members in the studio to comply with local health regulations. This means there will be a space ready and waiting for you with zero concerns about being on top of your neighbor.
INTENSIFIED CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Here's what you can expect to happen behind the scenes at our studio:
EPA Approved Disinfectant: We're following the CDC's guidelines and using an EPA approved disinfectant that's proven to kill SARS-COV-2, the cause of Covid-19.
High Touch Areas Disinfected. Throughout the day were sanitizing high touch areas such as light switches, door knobs,and handles, bathrooms, and more.
Disinfected Between Sessions.: We're closing for cleaning between each and every session to ensure that we have time to properly sanitize and disinfect so that it's ready for you.
BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN
Teacher Health CheckIn: We're checking every teacher's temperature before class.
Client Health CheckIn: We're asking all members to self monitor for symptoms. If you're not feeling well, no worries. Just let us know, and we'll cancel your session on the house.
Been Sick: If you've been sick, please wait 72 hours after you've stopped running a fever without the use of fever reducing medicine before coming back to the studio.
Reschedules and Cancellations: Our spots are limited so unless you're sick, please cancel 12 hours in advance or you'll be charged a $25 fee.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Studio door will open 15 minutes prior to class. If you arrive early, just stay in your vehicle. We'll be providing checkin directions that are no touch.
Make sure that you have pre registered online for class www.hotyogagp.com No drop ins allowed at this time.
Sign the updated Covid-19 Waiver.
Mind Your Step: We've provided marked spots in the studio so you'll know where to stand socially distanced while you're waiting your turn.
IN THE STUDIO
Masks On! Yes masks must be worn while practicing on your mat & throughout the studio as mandated by the State of Michigan. We sell the Onzie yoga face mask at the studio for $12.
Perfectly Laid Out Space: We're limiting the number of clients in the studio to comply with local health regulations. This means there will be a space ready and waiting for you with zero concerns about being on top of your neighbor.
No Studio Mats or Towels Available: We've eliminated studio mats & towels to rent or borrow. We have mats & Yogitoes towels available for purchase in the studio.
No Showers or Changing Rooms Use: Bathrooms are for single use only. Please use the spray provided to wipe any surfaces you've touched. Then wash your hands. The showers and changing rooms are closed at this time
Dress ready to take class.
Be On Time: Our door will be locked when a session starts. Please be on time to avoid being locked out. You will still be charged for class as a no show.
PRICING AND MEMBERSHIPS
Our Pricing and Memberships have changed. Prior to our closing on March 16, 2020, the previous rates were created for a yoga business model that allowed for an unlimited number of members with no restrictions on class sizes or the number of classes offered. Currently with government restrictions in place we must adjust our pricing to maintain a viable yoga business that will continue to thrive and serve this community through these unprecedented times.

Thank you all for your amazing love & support during this time. It has been a season of adaptation and learning to be okay with not being in control of everything. Don't worry! We will go through everything in-person to make sure everyone understands the new guidelines for the safety of all concerned.
