A Note about COVID-19

Dear Yogi Lovelies,

No doubt, these are challenging times!  And through it all, our Yoga Family has remained strong hearted, resilient and committed to the practice we love so dearly.  Even though we cannot practice in the studio, one fine day we'll return to the heated and nurturing space we call our yoga home!  I can already imagine how we'll react to that day...embracing our yoga buddies, feeling the comfort of the heat, hearing that familiar "Arms Up Over Your Head."

We want to thank you for continuing to support us through attending our virtual classes! We feel so grateful to share our spaces with you and that you’ve welcomed us into yours. While we continue to practice and weather this crisis together, we sincerely ask for your continued financial support, if you have the means. Now is the time to dedicate yourself to your practice and reap the positive healing benefits of yoga. We want to continue providing a calming place for our yogis to practice and stay apart of this wonderful community. We count on your membership dollars and support to pay the dedicated teachers' salaries, the rent and the heat every month.  This is, and always has been, a small locally owned business, never a franchise. We were founded in 2002, 18+ years strong, and we are in it for the long haul. Please stay the course. Let’s keep our yoga doors open for 18 more years and beyond.

All currently active membership holders and future renewals will have FREE access to the live virtual classes and FREE access to an On Demand Video Library (launching this week). We're also offering virtual class packages for live class attendance for the month of April, if you want to share with friends and family.

NEW STUDENTS SHOULD KNOW

 

  • You will be required to fill out a registration/waiver form. This form can be filled out at the studio.

  • Please arrive 20 minutes early to sign-in.

  • Yoga classes begin exactly on scheduled time. Doors will be locked (no late entry).

  • Bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and water. These may be rented at the studio in case you forget.

  • Avoid eating a big meal 2 – 3 hours before class.

  • Wear light, fitted exercise clothing such as sport bra/tank top, shorts or swimwear. Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy t-shirts.

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you’re well hydrated before coming to class.

  • Please no heavy perfumes or oils.
